B2B travel agent portal

Run a distribution network instead of a phone list. Onboard agents and sub-agents, decide what each one sees and at what price, and let them sell under your brand around the clock — while your credit exposure stays visible.

For consolidators and agencies with sub-agents

Questions about this#

How many sub-agent levels can I create?

There is no fixed ceiling. Agencies typically run two or three levels — master agent, sub-agent, and branch — but deeper structures work the same way. Each level inherits pricing and credit rules from its parent unless you override them, so adding a level does not mean rebuilding your markup logic.

Can different agents see different fares for the same route?

Yes, and this is the core of the portal. Markup and visibility rules are evaluated per agent tier, so one agent can see a net fare, another a marked-up fare, and a third can be blocked from that supplier entirely. You can preview any route as a specific agent before publishing a rule.

What happens when an agent exceeds their credit limit?

Booking is blocked at the point of issue, not after. The agent sees the shortfall and can raise a top-up request, which lands in your approval queue. You can also allow a configurable grace buffer for selected agents.
