What we collect#

This website collects information in exactly two ways.

The contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive the name, company, work email, phone number and message you type, plus the model, solution, market and booking volume you select, and the page you submitted from. Your IP address and the time of submission are recorded with the enquiry to help us identify abuse of the form.

Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, we receive aggregated information about which pages are visited and how people move through the site. If you decline, no analytics are loaded at all — the scripts are not merely disabled, they are never fetched.

We do not run accounts, logins or user profiles on this website. We do not buy contact data, and we do not sell or rent yours.

Why we use it#

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to prepare a quote or a demonstration. Where we go on to do business together, that correspondence becomes part of the commercial record. Analytics, if you allow them, are used to work out which pages are useful and which are not.

Our lawful basis for handling enquiry data is that you asked us to contact you and we have a legitimate interest in responding. For analytics it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it#

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 24 months. Where a commercial relationship begins, correspondence is retained for as long as that relationship lasts and for the period afterwards that our tax and accounting obligations require. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider, which are set to the shortest practical period.

Who else sees it#

Enquiries are handled by Rezofy staff. They are delivered by email and stored on our mail and business systems, which are operated by established service providers under their own security commitments. If you accept analytics, the analytics provider processes that data on our behalf.

We do not pass your enquiry to third parties for their own marketing. We would disclose information if we were legally required to, and we would tell you unless prohibited from doing so.

Where it is held#

Rezofy operates from India, and enquiry data is processed there. Where a service provider stores data elsewhere, that transfer is covered by the provider's own contractual safeguards. If your organisation has specific data-residency requirements, raise them with us before you send anything sensitive.

Your choices#

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can ask us to stop contacting you and we will.

To exercise any of these, email sales@rezofy.com. We will respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in your country.

Security#

This website is served over HTTPS. The contact form validates and rate-limits submissions on the server, not just in your browser. Enquiry data is transmitted to our own domain rather than to a third-party form service. No payment details are ever collected on this website.

No system is immune to compromise, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise. If we became aware of a breach affecting your information, we would notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes#

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we use enquiry data will be notified to anyone with an active enquiry.
