Information on this site#

The descriptions of products, timelines, engagement models and supplier integrations on this website are published in good faith and describe what the platform is built to do. They are marketing material, not a contractual commitment. What we are obliged to deliver to you is whatever is written into your own agreement with us, and where the two differ, the agreement governs.

Timelines quoted here, including the three-to-seven-working-day window for adding a supplier API, describe typical cases under stated conditions. Individual projects vary, and we will tell you where yours does before you commit.

Supplier and third-party names#

Third-party names used on this site — including GDS platforms, bedbanks, payment gateways and other suppliers — are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here to describe the systems we integrate with. Their use does not imply endorsement, partnership or certification by those companies unless we say so explicitly and in writing.

Our material#

The text, design, logo and structure of this website belong to Rezofy. You are welcome to read, print and share it. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

Acceptable use#

Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, submit the contact form automatically, or use it to send anything unlawful. The contact form is rate-limited and abuse of it may result in your access being blocked.

If you believe you have found a security issue, we would genuinely like to hear about it. Email sales@rezofy.com with the details and we will respond.

Liability#

This website is provided as it is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, as distinct from obligations set out in a signed agreement between us.

Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
