Coverage

All markets. Not "international support" as a footnote.

Currency, language, payment rails, tax rules and supplier content are configured per point of sale — not per installation. One instance can run an Indian B2B desk, a GCC consumer site and a European corporate portal at the same time, each behaving like a local product to the people using it.

Currency

Sell and settle in different currencies

Display currency per point of sale, settlement currency per supplier, with your own FX markup, rounding rules and daily rate source.

Language

Localised interface and content

Interface, emails, invoices and templates in multiple languages, with right-to-left layout for Arabic and Hebrew.

Payments

Local rails, not just cards

UPI and net banking, regional card schemes, bank transfer, wallets, BNPL, cash at counter, and agent credit as a payment method.

Tax

Configured per jurisdiction

GST and TCS, VAT, e-invoicing formats, TDS on commission, HSN and SAC codes, and tax-inclusive or exclusive display by market.

Compliance

IATA and non-IATA workflows

BSP and ARC settlement, TIDS agents, non-IATA consolidator flows, and data-residency options for GDPR and local privacy law.

Content

Regional supplier content

Local low-cost carriers, regional bedbanks, bus and rail operators, and domestic insurance and visa providers per market.

Formats

Details that give you away

Date order, number separators, phone formats, name order and address layouts follow the market, not the head office.

Operations

Time zones and business hours

Booking deadlines, cut-offs, reports and support rosters run in local time for each point of sale.

What "per point of sale" means

One platform behaving like several local products.#

A point of sale is a market you sell into. Each one carries its own settings, and a booking inherits them at the moment it is made — so a refund six months later still calculates under the rules that applied when it was sold.

Set per point of sale

  • Display currency, and the FX markup applied to it
  • Interface and document language
  • Available payment methods and gateway
  • Tax treatment and invoice format
  • Which suppliers and fare types are visible
  • Business hours, cut-offs and support roster
  • Terms, cancellation policy and privacy notice

Shared across all of them

  • Your supplier connections and contracts
  • The markup and rule engine
  • Agent and customer records
  • The back office, ledger and reporting
  • Platform updates and security patches
  • Your team's logins and permissions

Questions worth asking any vendor

  • Can I sell in one currency and settle in another?
  • Does a refund use today's tax rules or the rules at the time of sale?
  • Is right-to-left a layout setting or a separate build?
  • Can two markets have different cancellation policies on the same fare?
  • Do local payment methods need a separate integration project?

Questions about this#

Which markets do you actually support?

All of them, in the sense that market behaviour is configuration rather than code. The regions listed above are where our clients sell today, which means the local payment methods, tax formats and supplier content for those regions are already built. A market not on the list is a configuration exercise, not a development project — though local payment or tax connections may need the usual 3–7 working days.

Can one instance run several countries at once?

Yes, and most of our multi-country clients do. Each point of sale carries its own currency, language, payment methods, tax rules and supplier visibility, while sharing one supplier layer, one back office and one set of reports.

How is GST and VAT handled?

Tax is configured per jurisdiction: rate, applicability by product, inclusive or exclusive display, invoice format, numbering series and the codes your accountant needs. Indian GST with TCS and TDS on commission, and GCC and European VAT with e-invoicing formats, are already configured.

Do you support right-to-left languages?

Yes. Arabic and Hebrew render with a full right-to-left layout across the interface, emails and documents — not a mirrored stylesheet with left-to-right numbers.
