Process
From first call to first booking.
Five steps, and the first four are ours. Every stage has a timeline attached, because "a few weeks" is how implementations become quarters.
Map your business
A working session on your markets, products, suppliers, agent tiers and how you price. We come back with a configuration, not a questionnaire.
Day 0 · 45 minutesChoose the model
Ownership, SaaS or custom build, with the commercials written down. You get a fixed number, not a range.
Day 1–2Brand and configure
Logo, colours, domain, markup rules, agent tiers, payment gateway, tax and invoice formats — set up with you watching.
Day 2–5Connect suppliers
Your credentials go in, or you start on ours. Every flow tested end to end, including cancellation, refund and re-issue.
3–7 working days per APIGo live and train
Web and apps published, your team trained on the admin, and a support channel opened the same day.

What the first ninety days look like.#
Week 1
- Daily check-in with your named account manager
- Live monitoring of every booking and error
- Markup and rule adjustments as real bookings expose edge cases
- Refresher training for anyone who missed the first session
Weeks 2–6
- Weekly review of conversion, margin and supplier performance
- Agent onboarding support if you are migrating a network
- Additional suppliers connected as your contracts land
- Reporting tuned to the numbers you actually look at
Beyond
- Monthly review moving to quarterly once things are steady
- 24×7 support desk for anything urgent
- Platform releases applied without a project
- A roadmap conversation before each season, not after it
What we need from you
Four things, and none of them are technical.#
Decisions, not documents
- Which markets you sell into and in what currency
- Your agent tiers and what each should see
- Your markup logic, however it currently lives in someone's head
- Who approves refunds and credit changes
Assets
- Logo files and brand colours
- Your domain, or the willingness to buy one
- Terms, privacy policy and cancellation policy
- Payment gateway account, or we will help you open one
Access
- Supplier credentials, where you already have contracts
- A named person who can answer questions within a day
- Two hours of your operations lead's time for training
- An agent or two willing to test before the network sees it
