Why does attachment convert better than search?
Because the customer has already decided to travel and you already know where and when. A relevant offer with the details prefilled asks far less of them than a blank search form.
When should the offer be sent?
Rarely on the confirmation screen, where the customer is finished thinking about the trip. A day or two after ticketing generally works better, and the platform lets you test the timing rather than guess at it.
Can transfers be sold without self-drive?
Yes, they are separate products. Many agencies sell transfers only, because arriving passengers who do not want to drive are an easier sale than a week-long rental.
