Hotelbeds API integration
Hotelbeds is one of the largest bedbanks in the world and the default hotel source for a great many agencies. We connect it with proper content mapping, so your hotel pages carry real descriptions, images and facilities rather than bare rate codes.
Live in 3–7 working days from credentialsWhat Hotelbeds brings you
- Very large global hotel inventory across every star band
- Static content — descriptions, images, facilities, geolocation
- Rate caching for fast search without hammering the live API
- Board basis, cancellation policy and non-refundable rates handled distinctly
- Transfers and activities available on the same relationship
- Established B2B commercials suited to agency selling
What we connect
- Hotel availability search by city, landmark, geolocation or hotel name
- Rate check before payment, since bedbank rates change frequently
- Booking with lead guest and per-room occupancy detail
- Cancellation with the policy and any charge shown before confirming
- Static content ingestion and refresh so listings stay current
- Mapping to your own hotel records where you also hold direct contracts
Where it plugs in
- Your B2B agent portal, with tier-based markups
- Your B2C consumer site, at retail pricing
- Your corporate self-booking tool
- Your iOS and Android apps, with no separate setup
- The back office — one ledger, one reconciliation
- Turned on or off per market, channel and agent tier
Bedbank rates move constantly, which is why the rate-check step before payment matters more here than on air. The platform always revalidates, so the price your customer pays is the price the supplier will honour — the alternative is absorbing the difference yourself.

Send test credentials, the API documentation and a contact at Hotelbeds. We map search, book, cancel and refund, run certification if it is required, and switch to production once you have signed off on UAT.
Hotelbeds integration questions#
How is hotel content kept up to date?
Static content is ingested and refreshed on a schedule, so descriptions, images and facilities stay current without anyone maintaining them by hand. Rates are always live-checked before payment regardless of what the cache showed in search.
Can I combine Hotelbeds with my own direct hotel contracts?
Yes. Direct contracts load as their own supplier, and mapping links them to the same hotel record so a property does not appear twice. Your rule decides which rate shows when both are available — usually your own contract, since the margin is better.
What about cancellation policies?
Policy and any charge are shown before the customer confirms the cancellation, and the same terms are visible at booking time. Non-refundable rates are labelled distinctly rather than buried in terms.
