Stuba API integration
Stuba is a trade-only hotel supplier built specifically for travel agents rather than for consumers. Agencies that value straightforward B2B terms and responsive support often keep it as a dependable secondary source.
Live in 3–7 working days from credentialsWhat Stuba brings you

- Clear board basis and cancellation terms per rate
- Property content suitable for agent-facing display
- Support geared to trade rather than consumer queries
What we connect
- Availability search alongside your other hotel suppliers
- Rate revalidation before payment
- Booking with lead guest and occupancy detail
- Cancellation with the charge confirmed before commit
- Content mapping into your existing property records
- Independent markup rules per agent tier
Where it plugs in
- Your B2B agent portal, with tier-based markups
- Your B2C consumer site, at retail pricing
- Your corporate self-booking tool
- Your iOS and Android apps, with no separate setup
- The back office — one ledger, one reconciliation
- Turned on or off per market, channel and agent tier
Trade-only suppliers matter more than they first appear for B2B agencies: because the same rates are not visible to your customer on a consumer site, your agents are not undercut by the public internet mid-conversation.

Send test credentials, the API documentation and a contact at Stuba. We map search, book, cancel and refund, run certification if it is required, and switch to production once you have signed off on UAT.
Stuba integration questions#
What does trade-only actually mean for me?
The rates are not published to consumers, so a customer cannot find the same room cheaper on a public site while your agent is quoting. For a B2B desk that removes a recurring and frustrating objection.
How many hotel suppliers is too many?
There is no hard limit, but each adds search latency. Most agencies settle at two or three, chosen so their coverage complements rather than overlaps. The margin and win-rate reports show when one has stopped earning its place.
Can different agent tiers see different hotel suppliers?
Yes. Supplier visibility is a rule like any other, so a preferred tier can see a source that a standard tier does not.
