Amadeus API integration
Amadeus is the content backbone for most agencies selling full-service carriers and international itineraries. We connect it to your portal so your team works in your own screens, with your own markups, rather than in a native GDS terminal.
Live in 3–7 working days from credentialsWhat Amadeus brings you
- Full-service carrier content, interline and codeshare itineraries
- Self-Service REST and JSON APIs for lighter, modern integrations
- Enterprise web services for agencies with a full Amadeus agreement
- Hotel, car, rail and transfer content alongside air
- Fare rules, seat maps, ancillaries and branded fares
- Queue handling and PNR management for your operations desk
What we connect
- Flight search with your own cabin, stop and airline filters applied before results render
- Price confirmation before payment, so the fare shown is the fare charged
- Order creation, PNR generation and automated ticketing
- Void inside the airline window, and refund requests raised with status tracking
- Seat map, meal and baggage ancillaries sold at checkout and post-booking
- Schedule-change and queue messages pushed into your booking desk
- Fare rules surfaced in plain language for your counter staff
Where it plugs in
- Your B2B agent portal, with tier-based markups
- Your B2C consumer site, at retail pricing
- Your corporate self-booking tool
- Your iOS and Android apps, with no separate setup
- The back office — one ledger, one reconciliation
- Turned on or off per market, channel and agent tier
Amadeus content is priced and contracted directly between you and Amadeus. We connect whichever agreement you hold — Self-Service or a full enterprise contract — and can run it alongside LCC and consolidator sources so one search covers both.
Timeline
Three to seven working days.#
Send test credentials, the API documentation and a contact at Amadeus. We map search, book, cancel and refund, run certification if it is required, and switch to production once you have signed off on UAT.
Amadeus integration questions#
Do I need my own Amadeus contract?
For your own Amadeus content, yes — the commercial agreement is between you and Amadeus, and the credentials are issued to you. If you do not have one yet, you can start on consolidator content through the platform and switch to your own Amadeus credentials later without rebuilding anything.
Can Amadeus results appear alongside LCC and consolidator fares?
Yes, and most agencies run it that way. The rule engine merges sources into one result set, de-duplicates identical flights, and lets you decide which source wins when two return the same itinerary — usually the one with the better net fare after your markup.
How long does the integration take?
Three to seven working days once you provide test credentials and documentation. Amadeus certification requirements, where they apply to your agreement type, can extend that — we tell you before you commit rather than after.
