NDC API integration
Airlines are moving fares, bundles and ancillaries into NDC channels, and some of it never reaches the GDS at all. We connect NDC offers into the same search your agents already use, so the cheaper or richer offer simply appears.
Live in 3–7 working days from credentialsWhat NDC brings you
- Airline-direct offers, including content withheld from GDS
- Branded fare families with what is actually included made visible
- Continuous pricing rather than fixed fare buckets
- Ancillaries offered at the point the airline intends them
- Order-based servicing rather than PNR-based
- Airline-specific loyalty and corporate identifiers passed through
What we connect
- Offer retrieval merged into the same result list as GDS and LCC fares
- Offer price confirmation before payment, since NDC offers expire
- Order create, and order retrieve for servicing
- Ancillary shopping and fulfilment against the order
- Change and cancel handled through order servicing where the airline supports it
- Clear labelling so agents can see which source an itinerary came from
Where it plugs in
- Your B2B agent portal, with tier-based markups
- Your B2C consumer site, at retail pricing
- Your corporate self-booking tool
- Your iOS and Android apps, with no separate setup
- The back office — one ledger, one reconciliation
- Turned on or off per market, channel and agent tier
NDC maturity varies enormously by airline. Some support full servicing through the order; others still require a call for a change. We map what each airline actually supports rather than promising uniform behaviour, and the agent screen shows what is possible on that specific booking.
Timeline
Three to seven working days.#
Send test credentials, the API documentation and a contact at NDC. We map search, book, cancel and refund, run certification if it is required, and switch to production once you have signed off on UAT.
NDC integration questions#
Do I need a separate agreement with each airline for NDC?
Usually yes, either directly with the airline or through an aggregator that holds the relationships. Which route makes sense depends on how many carriers you need and your volume with each. We can connect either arrangement.
Will NDC fares and GDS fares appear together?
Yes, in one merged result set with the source labelled. Where the same flight appears from both, your rule decides which one shows — typically whichever gives you a better net position after markup.
What happens when a customer wants to change an NDC booking?
It depends on what that airline supports. Where order servicing is available, the change happens through the platform. Where it is not, the booking is flagged so your desk knows it needs handling directly with the airline rather than discovering it mid-call.
