Mystifly API integration

Mystifly aggregates GDS, low-cost carrier and negotiated air content behind one connection. For agencies that want breadth without signing several agreements, it removes a lot of contract work.

Live in 3–7 working days from credentials

What Mystifly brings you

  • Consolidated air content from multiple underlying sources
  • Low-cost carriers alongside full-service content in one search
  • Negotiated and private fares where available
  • One integration instead of several separate carrier connections
  • Global coverage with particular depth on Asia and the Gulf
  • Booking, ticketing and post-booking servicing through the API

What we connect

  • Single air search covering the aggregated sources
  • Price validation before payment, since aggregated fares move
  • Booking, ticketing and document delivery
  • Cancellation, void and refund with status per booking
  • Baggage and seat ancillaries where the underlying carrier exposes them
  • Source labelling so your team knows what sits behind a fare

Where it plugs in

Aggregators trade a little margin for a lot of coverage. It is usually the right first move and the right long-term backstop, but once a route becomes high-volume for you, a direct or GDS connection on that route often pays better. The margin-per-supplier report is what tells you when that point arrives.

Timeline

Three to seven working days.#

Send test credentials, the API documentation and a contact at Mystifly. We map search, book, cancel and refund, run certification if it is required, and switch to production once you have signed off on UAT.

How the integration process works

Mystifly integration questions#

Is an aggregator cheaper than going direct?

Not usually per booking, but it is far cheaper to set up and maintain. The economics favour an aggregator until a specific route or carrier becomes a meaningful share of your volume, at which point a direct connection starts to pay.

Can I use Mystifly alongside my own GDS?

Yes, and it is a common setup. The GDS covers what you have contracted; the aggregator fills the gaps. Your rules decide which source wins when both return the same flight.

What happens if the aggregator is down?

Searches fail over to your remaining sources so customers still see results. Bookings already in progress are held and flagged in the booking desk with the supplier error attached.
